Tbe Study On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The Management Of Village's Collective Asset

The village's collective asset management is an important part of the country's revitalization strategy.For a long time,there have been a lot of problems in the management of collective asset management in China,especially the village's collective asset management.In recent years,with the improvement of our country's attention,The level of collective asset management in the village has been raised,but as a whole,a lot of problems still haven't been solved,and there's a lot of gaps in academia's research on this area,As a result,we need to do a lot of research on the issue of collective asset management in the village,so that we can explore solutions to the problem.The paper is based on the case of the "S county",and is to explore the underlying causes of the problems that exist in the village's collective asset management and find out how to deal with these problems,from the perspective of policy and implementation by using case analysis,literature research,fieldwork and other research methods,so as to provide feasible suggestions and opinions for strengthening the management of village's collective assets.First of all,defining the related concepts of the village's collective asset management,discussed some theory related to the village's collective asset management.Secondly,this paper analyzes the institutional changes and current situation of village's collective asset management,and analyzes various reforms of the village's collective asset management system since the founding of the People's Republic of China,briefly describes the current situation of collective economic development,the reform of collective property rights system,and the village financial management system,etc.,focusing on S county as an example to summarize the problems existing in the current village's collective asset management.Thirdly,the author analyzes the reasons for the existence of village's collective asset management by the theory of ownership and property right,the theory of grass-roots governance and the principal-agent theory,and sorts out the reasons of law,management,administration and so on.Finally,find out how to solve the problem based on the existing problems and causes.
