With the rapid development of the commodity economy,the manufacturing prefer to adopt automatic stereoscopic storage as the first choice of the warehousing scheme to satisfy the demand on high-efficient and fast logistics service from people.This model transfers rapidly the warehousing transportation and logistics from labour-intensive industry into skill-intensive industry,achieving the significant reduction in labour and money cost,and promotion of utilization rate of warehousing and efficiency of information management of goods,which in turn enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises.WMS is as the core of the automatic stereoscopic storage and the effective path planning of AGVs can promote the memory efficiency,which maximizes its value.This paper mainly researches the development of warehousing management system and dynamic path optimization of AGVs.The paper mainly includes two aspects as followed:The development of WMS.Through the detailed market research and analysis of the present situation and the demand of the three-dimensional warehousing New Technology Electronics Co.,Ltd in Dongguan,Shenzhen,this paper takes some different factors into consideration comprehensively to determine its structure and design scheme,such as the limitation of three-dimensional storage space,economy,security,development cycle etc.Then by analyzing the function and demand of WMS,this paper designs the structure and function of database storage so that all basic functions of the whole system are designed.Therefore,The main modules include in warehousing information management module system(WIMMS): database login,cargo management,basic data files,query data statistics,system maintenance,help and communication etc.The development of WMS mainly employs technologies,such as C#,SQL Server,network communication(TCP and HTTP included),serial communication etc.Research on dynamic path optimization of multi-agv.The paper aims at the path planning of Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)in warehouse logistics.Combined with theactual storage environment of the company,a new dynamic path planning method based on Dijkstra algorithm and time window element is proposed to realize dynamic path planning of multi-agv.Experimental results show that this algorithm can avoid collision effectively,complete system scheduling without repetition and conflict,ensures the safe operation of multiple AGVs in complex conditions.Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual storage situation of an enterprise,this paper designs the overall layout of the three-dimensional warehouse and builds the network architecture for it,developing a set of applicable warehouse management system through C#,SQL Server,network communication and other technologies.Furthermore,on the basis of study on AGVs' dynamic path optimization,the storage efficiency is enhanced through simulation verification.
