Research On The Application Of Blockchain Technology In Real Estate Industry Tax Collection And Management

In hosting the 18 th collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi emphasized that the integrated application of blockchain technology plays an important role in new technological innovations and industrial changes.The blockchain industry has huge development potential and broad application prospects.The important role of the integrated application of blockchain technology in promoting new technological innovation and industrial transformation cannot be underestimated,and it is an important breakthrough for independent innovation of China's core technology.However,from another perspective,traditional tax collection and management may consume large resources,especially tax collection and management in the real estate industry.As a tax collection and management area with higher tax risks,it is facing more and more intensive transaction forms and increasing numbers of transactions.For taxpayers,traditional tax collection and management is difficult to be aligned with the big data era that the state is advancing,which poses challenges to tax collection and management in China.Based on the above issues,this article studies the combination of the principles of blockchain technology and the tax collection and management of the real estate industry in an attempt to provide a new tax collection and management method for the real estate industry.This article first puts forward the relevant theoretical framework of the blockchain,and uses the problems in the real estate industry in H City as a case to point out the problems that traditional tax collection and management methods in the real estate industry in our country are not well solved.Based on the analysis,we finally put forward the application of China 's blockchain technology in the real estate industry tax collection and management,and put forward related suggestions,in the hope that it can provide relevant reference and experience for the application of blockchain technology in the real estate industry tax collection and management.
