Research On The Construction Of A Prefecture-level Financial Media Center In Jilin Province Under The Background Of Cultural System Reform

The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee kicked off the reform of Jilin's cultural system.After 40 years of reform,Jilin's cultural undertakings have achieved unprecedented results.However,in general,the speed and intensity of the reform of the cultural system in Jilin Province have not kept up with the economic and social development of Jilin Province.With the growing demand for spiritual and cultural life,it is imminent to advance the reform of the cultural system.In recent years,the state has proposed to accelerate the construction of county-level financial media centers,which is also an important part of the cultural system reform in Jilin Province.However,some problems have inevitably occurred during the reform process.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to integrate A The construction of the media center is an analysis of the main problems encountered in the reform of the cultural system,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward based on the advanced experience of the construction of media centers at the county level in some regions.The main results of this research include the following aspects:First of all,this study defines related concepts,including concepts of culture,cultural system,cultural system reform,and county-level integrated media centers.Secondly,it introduced in detail the history of cultural system reform in Jilin Province,and conducted an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction of the A prefecture-level financial media center,and found that the construction of the A prefecture-level financial media center has a solidified system and lack of reform motivation;The content is scarce,the innovation is not enough;the administrative force is dominated,the operation management is weak;the counterpart talent is scarce,and the ideology is lagging behind.Thirdly,it conducted an in-depth analysis of theadvanced experience in the construction of county-level financial media centers in Changxing,Zhejiang and Qingtongxia,Ning County.Finally,based on the valuable experience of Zhejiang Changxing model and Ningxia Qingtongxia model,corresponding suggestions were put forward for the problems in the construction of the A prefecture-level financial media center,including deepening system reform,injecting construction momentum,and tapping high-quality resources,Cultivate an environment of innovation;promote market operations,strengthen operation management;attach importance to the construction of professional teams,and change ideas.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in two aspects.The first is that the research object is innovative.This study focused on the construction of county-level financial media center in area A,which was identified as the first place in Jilin Province in 2018.The second batch of financial media center construction pilot cities is also one of the more representative county-level cities in the province's cultural system reform.Studying A area has certain reference significance for exploring other areas of Jilin Province in the future.Second,the research perspective is innovative.The construction of county-level financial media center is an important part of the cultural system reform of Jilin Province.Using this as an entry point for in-depth research,you can discover the essence through phenomena and find the source of the problem from the details In order to propose scientific and reasonable optimization measures for the reform of the cultural system in Jilin Province.
