Supplementary Study On The Social Benefit Evaluation Index Of Book Publishing Units:Based On The Fight Against The Outbreak Of Covid-19

The Party and the state attach great importance to the issue that publishing units "put social benefits in the first place and realize the unification of social benefits and economic benefits".Especially after the 19 th CPC National Congress,the reform of cultural system is deepening day by day,and it is urgent for publishing units to establish a system and mechanism that unify social benefits and economic benefits.At the end of 2018,the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee issued the Trial Measures for The Evaluation and Assessment of Social Benefits of Book Publishers,pushing the evaluation and assessment of social benefits to a new stage.With the outbreak of a major COVID-19 public health emergency at the beginning of 2020,book publishing units across the country have been actively involved,responding to the call of the CPC Central Committee by rapidly launching COVID-19 prevention and control themed publications and rapidly opening knowledge service platform,and submitting a social benefit assessment report with practical actions.The author follow tutor team responded to an appeal by the national "closed not suspended" and in more than 100 days of observation time,detailed observations of book publishing unit of the specific conditions of the rapid response,sorting out the data of book publishing units rapid response analysis of book publishing unit fast response characteristics,types,characteristics and phase characteristics of space and time,multi-dimensional observation was carried out on the fast response action.This paper argues that the active and rapid response of publishing units in the "wartime" state of major public health emergencies is a litmus test for "putting social benefits in the first place" and should be added to the key projects of the National Social Science Fund as an important indicator.Literature analysis method,this paper further studied the current typical evaluation indexes of the country's present situation,to know the present situation evaluation index dimension of "wartime" blank,with case analysis,through the outbreak of the new champions league press portraits of fast response,demonstrates the rationality and necessity of the added dimension of "wartime",and points out that through the window,which reference to provide current social benefit evaluation index content,to build China's book publishing corporate social benefit evaluation system put forward some constructive Suggestions.
