Science and technology are two important factors that affect the development of science and technology.The two jointly promote the development and progress of science and technology.The relationship between science and technology has always been considered to be one of the most complicated relationships in the development of science and technology.At present,the mutual dynamic of science and technology in China needs to be strengthened.Analyzing the internal relationship between science and technology,identifying the interactive mode between science and technology,plays an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and revealing the development direction of science and technology.Existing research is based on science-technology correlation analysis and mostly stays at the level of statistical analysis.Less research has been done on digging the knowledge association and interaction law between science and technology from within the literature.It does not excavate the laws of knowledge association and interaction between science and technology from within the literature.To this end,this article takes the energy?saving field as an example,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the scientific-technical topic association based on the informatics methods to reveal the scientific-technical knowledge correlation and evolution law from the topic level.The thesis work helps researchers to identify innovative technologies from the perspective of science-technology theme associations,and is of great significance in planning the development direction of scientific and technological innovation,exploring potential technological opportunities,identifying cutting-edge research,and foresighting the layout of science and technology.This article starts with research on the relationship between science and technology.Scientific papers and technical patents record the knowledge of scientific discovery and technological development.Therefore,this paper uses the paper to present science and the patent characterization technology to identify the titles and abstract features of patents and papers in the field of energy saving,Split data according to time window.The research content mainly includes four parts:(1)Science-Technology Topic Recognition: Dynamically identify the subject words of various time periods in the field of energy saving through the theme modeling method,and finally visually reveal the science-technology topic;(2)From the perspective of content semantic representation,the deep learning model BERT is used to express the semantic vector of the topic,and the similarity calculation method is used to construct the semantic relationship between the scientific and technical topic feature items;(3)Science-technology topic evolution analysis: From the aspects of the theme intensity and theme content,the evolution analysis is carried out to reveal the law of science-technology theme evolution.(4)Science-technology interaction model analysis: Identify the evolution path of the theme based on the science-technology theme relationship,draw a science-technology theme evolution map,deeply analyze the technology interaction model in the field of energy conservation,and analyze the science-technology theme in the time dimension and content dimension from the micro level the interactive relationship between science and technology,exploring the ways and laws of the flow of knowledge between science and technology.Empirical analysis in the field of energy conservation shows that the topic-based recognition method can identify scientific-technical relationships and interaction patterns at a fine-grained level.The research found that:(1)Analyzing the internal relationship between science and technology from the topic level,and obtaining the semantic representation of the topic based on the deep learning model can solve the problem of scientific-technical terminology mismatch,thereby helping researchers identify the development trend of science-technology interaction.(2)The correlation between technology and scientific research in the field of energy conservation is becoming closer and more stable.There is a synergy between the science-technology correlation structure in the field of energy conservation,but there are still differences between them.(3)The different application areas of energy-saving technology and their corresponding scientific knowledge are integrated and innovated together,showing certain feedback characteristics.Related scientific knowledge needs continuous exploration and in-depth research.The research results provide a reference for the development of the energy saving field,play an effective role in supporting and promoting researchers,management departments and decision-making departments,provide scientific and technological policies for government departments to further explore the knowledge transfer and flow between science and technology.For reference,it has important research significance and value to grasp the development of science and technology and make up for the shortcomings of the research on the internal relationship between science and technology at this stage.
