At present,colleges and universities in access to the Internet,divided by the Chinese educational and scientific research network as an ISP,and usually access China Unicom or China Telecom network.When export routing,especially when the scientific database has a large difference in speed performance on different ISPs,the user usually wants to be able to select the link with the best speed at the current speed.The main solution to this problem at present is to use policy routing based on the source address or destination address,or to select the network based on the site IP,none of which are the best-sschedule links to choose.The research goal of this paper is based on real-time quality testing of the network,measuring the real online data of users,collecting a large number of users online data after the results.According to the statistical results,the policy routing of the ISP exit is intelligently adjusted for the specific target site,and the best link is selected.This can better serve scientific research and teaching,improve the user's Online experience.This paper conducts research from the following two aspects.On the one hand,the ISP link of different speed measurement terminals is specified according to the source address,and the real-time network quality is tested according to the consumption time by simulating the user's access to the network behavior.By simulating the user's access to the network,directly measure the user's time consumption on the Internet to get speed metrics,a large number of user experience data,including the overall effect of multiple requests,and the user's real experience is closer.On the other hand,according to the statistical results of different ISPs arriving at the quality of the network of specific websites,the export policy routing is changed.Version control of the currently executing policy routes,and the policy routing obtained by merging according to the differences,the purpose of intelligently adjusting policy routing is achieved.The focus of this paper is three points.The first is to specify the ISP link of different speed measurement terminals according to the source address,by simulating the user access network behavior,measuring the consumption time,and storing the measured consumption time in the database.The second is to find the best link based on the measured consumption time.The third is to send the planning result instructions for policy routing to the route based on the statistical results of the different ISPs to the quality of the specific site network.There are two difficulties in this paper.One is how to monitor the network speed from the source site to the target site.On the campus of Northeast Normal University,it is assumed that two machines,one machine,through China Unicom,reach the target site through China Unicom,and one machine reaches the target site through the China Education and Scientific Research Network,thus measuring the user's Internet data.Another difficulty is how to parse the routing table in the exit route.The routing table in the exit route is parsed into a syntax tree via antlr4,and then the routing table is obtained.
