At present,the pressure of financial reform and the change of market situation force the Banks to change from empirical to scientific in macro,and to customer-centered new marketing management mode in micro.Bank marketing is not only faced with resource competition from various financial institutions,but also with relatively isolated sales,marketing and customer service work within the bank,which makes it difficult to coordinate bank marketing wo rk with different business functions.Based on this,this paper takes JavaEE technology as the core and combines machine learning to complete the bank marketing management and analysis system.The main research contents are as follows:1.Study the marketing characteristics of banks and establish the marketing management and analysis system.The marketing system reviews the research status and achievements at home and abroad,combines the business requirements of the system,and completes the system's business process,functional requirements and non-functional requirements;At the same time,from the business point of view,establish the data model of the system,lay a foundation for the development of the system.2.Study the modeling method of bank marketing data and establish the analytical application model.Marketing data analysis is driven by machine learning algorithm to establish marketing evaluation analysis and prediction models,including customer portrait model based on marketing labeling,user p roduct recommendation model based on recommendation algorithm,and customer potential analysis model based on multiple linear regression.3.Research software development technology,complete system development work.Based on B/S architecture and combined with JavaEE related technologies,big data platform and machine learning algorithm,the application system completes the development of basic information module,marketing task module,marketing activity module,business opportunity channel module and data analysis module.Finally,the functional test and performance test of the bank marketing management and analysis system studied and implemented in this paper are completed.The test results show that the system meets user requirements.In this paper,the application system completed by mainstream computer technology has theoretical significance,and applied to the actual bank marketing management,marketing data analysis process,to provide ideas for the development of bank marketing.
