Control designers can not only solve the underlying real-time control problems,but also solve the comprehensive automation problems since control technology is moving towards the control of complex computer networks.In this thesis,a deep research on the vehicle scheduling problem of a third-party logistics company is carried out.The current research of vehicle scheduling of logistics companies do not consider that the road congestion may be different in different time.In light of this,a road-oriented vehicle routing problem with time window is proposed.Based on the optimization solution of the problem,a mobile vehicle management system with vehicle scheduling optimization capability is developed to reduce the vehicle dispatch costs,realize mobile office,punctual service and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.Firstly,the actual situation of a logistics company's vehicle management and dispatching and user requirements are investigated.The overall requirements and business processes of the system are analyzed.On this basis,the requirements of each functional module of the system are determined.Secondly,through investigation and review of the literature,it is found that the current methods for solving the problem of logistics scheduling of logistics companies generally do not consider the situation that road conditions may be different at different time.Optimal scheduling model for vehicle routing problems with time windows is established based on the assumption that the road congestion can be predicted according to historical data.And the genetic algorithm is chosen to solve the model.The example analysis shows that the vehicle scheduling method in this thesis makes the vehicle running cost lower and the time to reach the service point more accurate.Then,based on the analysis of system requirements,this thesis completes the software design and development of the system.Using Java as the development language,Microsoft SQL SERVER 2016 as the database management system,Spring as the development framework,a micro-service architecture is built,and the vehicle management system of the hybrid B/S architecture of Android and PC browser is realized in this thesis.Finally,this thesis builds a hardware test platform to test the function,performance and compatibility of the system.The test results show that the system has achieved the expected development indicators and can meet the logistics management needs of logistics companies.
