Automated three-dimensional warehouse originated from the economic recovery period after the second world war.In 1956,the first intelligent,computerized warehouse was built in the United States,mainly to serve military forces and transport munitions.At present,many multinational groups in developed countries,large enterprises are using such warehouses,such as Coca-Cola,wal-mart and so on.With the further development of the world economy,various competitions among enterprises are becoming increasingly fierce,and customers have put forward a higher demand for warehousing technology,which is not only limited to the cost category,but also becomes a strategic tool to obtain profits.The original static technology is difficult to meet the current market.The research of automated three-dimensional warehouse is developing new model,new algorithm and heuristic algorithm.How to design a more efficient,safer,more stable and cost-effective logistics warehouse is an indispensable part of the development of market economy.The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a set of automatic stereo warehouse management system based on Apriori algorithm,the concrete content includes:(1)Through literature review,field inspection,writing demand analysis,etc.,the design and realization of a company's automated three-dimensional warehouse system are introduced,including the overall structure of the system,the functions of each subsystem and the design of the main parts.(2)In order to expand the production output of the enterprise and improve the overall rate of return of the company,this paper combines Apriori algorithm with the system to mine the incoming and outgoing information and provide more scientific Suggestions for the incoming and outgoing storage.(3)Carried out ground trial operation of the system,debugged and improved each sub-module,analyzed and processed the events with high failure rate and high correlation degree presented in the Apriori data mining module,and compared the changes of failure rate before and after the processing.By implementing the system,the feasibility of the application of Apriori algorithm in this field is proved.The experiment shows that the data mining module can find out almost all the large fault correlation obviously and plays a key role in reducing the failure rate.The system has the characteristics of high automatization,intelligentization and information management,and can be used to analyze the in-and-out-warehouse related faults.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of warehouse management and corporate income.
