With the rapid development of cloud computing in recent years,many Internet giants have established their own independent cloud data centers.Internet companies such as Alibaba Cloud,Tencent Cloud,and Kingsoft Cloud have established cloud data centers of various sizes across the country in order to improve their quality of cloud computing business services.The quality of cloud data centers determines the core issues of cloud computing services,such as the quality of cloud computing services and resource consumption.Because of the importance of the data center,how to improve the efficiency of request task scheduling in the cloud data center and improve the commercial profit of cloud services has become the key to the problem.This paper proposes a cloud data center scheduling method based on hybrid particle swarm optimization.Through exploring the scheduling methods of cloud data centers in the existing Internet industry,a mathematical model of cloud data center task scheduling is constructed.The model comprehensively depicts the cloud data center profit plan,energy supply plan,network resource supply plan,request delay and energy constraints.Afterwards,this paper carries out the process framework of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm,combines the excellent characteristics of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,proposes a hybrid intelligent optimization algorithm with excellent performance.Finally,this paper uses the new algorithm to solve the problem and obtain the cloud data center scheduling optimization plan.At the end of this paper,this article applies the theory to practical production according to the obtained mathematical model and new optimization algorithm,and designs and implements a load balancing system that can schedule and optimize multiple cloud data center requests.The system can provide Internet companies with efficient request dispatching and optimization services while comprehensively reducing energy costs and improving service quality while the Internet companies have multiple cloud providers or multiple cloud data center.
