All optical signal processing technology can overcome the "electronic bottleneck" of the current communication network in the electronic field.It is the future development direction of optical communication network.All optical differentiator and all-optical integrator are key devices in all-optical signal processing technology.In this paper,the research schemes of femtosecond pulse all-optical differentiator and ultrafast signal all-optical differentiator based on the precise adjustable differential group delay device are proposed.The theoretical analysis of all-optical differentiator and all-optical integrator is completed,and the experimental verification of femtosecond all-optical differentiator is realized 1.By introducing the nonlinear Schrodinger equation and considering the influence of dispersion,the transmission of femtosecond optical pulse in optica l fiber is studied in detail,and the theoretical formulas for accurate analysis of all-optical integrator and al-optical differentiator are obtained.2.The experimental scheme of all-optical differentiator and all-optical integrator is designed,the corresponding theoretical analysis and simulation are completed,and the transmission characteristics of femtosecond pulse optical signal in all-optical differentiator and all-optical integrator system are obtained.3.The output results of all-optical integrator and all-optical differentiator with different differential group delay are studied in detail.The optimal delay parameters and integration window of all-optical differentiator are found.4.An all-optical differential double pulse analysis method based on autocorrelation measurement is proposed,and the pulse autocorrelation curve of all-optical differential output of femtosecond pulse is obtained.A femtosecond all-optical differential system based on differential group delay is constructed.The exper iment of femtosecond(76 femtosecond)pulse all-optical differential is successfully carried out.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical prediction.5.Based on deep analysis of the working principle of the ultrafast all-optical integrator,we obtain the theoretical formula to realize femtosecond all-optical integration.According to the theoretical results,the numerical simulation of the all-optical integrator is carried out,and the expected results are achieved.Furthermore,we proposea new scheme of ultrafast all-optical integrator with long integration time window,and we have experimentally investigated its core device,the ultrafast semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA),then obtain the ultrafast characteristic curve of SOA.
