The magnetic liquid omnidirectional tilt sensor is based on the two physical characteristics of fluidity and magnetism of magnetic liquid,and uses the inductance change of the differential coil caused by the movement of the inertial mass to measure the tilt angle.This new sensor has the advantages of low cost,simple structure and high sensitivity.It is a new material sensor that is different from the traditional tilt sensor.This paper uses the second-order buoyancy principle of magnetic liquid to design a magnetic liquid omnidirectional inclination sensor.The paper first elaborated and analyzed the application of magnetic liquid,the development history of magnetic liquid tilt sensor and its working principle;secondly designed a new two-dimensional structure of the sensor,and studied the factors affecting the output signal and sensitivity of magnetic liquid tilt sensor;then The temperature compensation scheme is designed for the data fluctuation caused by the coil heating;the parameters and structure are thoroughly studied,and finally the parameters of the magnetic liquid tilt sensor are determined.This paper draws the following main conclusions:(1)In terms of theory,the relevant principles of the second-order buoyancy of magnetic liquid are expounded,and the calculation formula of the restoring force of this sensor is derived;the physical model of the magnetic liquid tilt sensor is constructed,and the expression of the magnetic field distribution of the magnetic liquid tilt sensor is derived 1.Expression of inductance change and sensitivity formula;(2)Designed the overall structure of the magnetic liquid omnidirectional inclination sensor that can measure the change of the spatial inclination angle,and selected materials such as magnetic liquid,shell material,permanent magnet,etc.that meet the requirements;(3)The finite element analysis method is used to simulate and analyze the designed magnetic liquid omnidirectional tilt sensor to obtain the suspension position and force of the permanent magnet and the magnetic field distribution and inductance change curve inside the magnetic liquid tilt sensor;(4)Designed sensor signal conditioning circuit,single chip microcomputer data acquisition system and liquid crystal display module;(5)The algorithm formula of sensor temperature compensation is deduced according to the conditions of use,and the experimental scheme design and some simulation work are carried out.
