Our country has a long history and a large number of cultural relics.However,there are many cultural relics unearthed in my country that are damaged to varying degrees.In recent years,with the economic development,the number of museums and the number of cultural relics in our country have gradually increased.Because of the nonrenewable characteristics of cultural relics,measures related to preventive protection of cultural relics are increasingly valued.Humidity has the most extensive and obvious influence on cultural relics,so it is of great significance to create a suitable humidity environment for the cultural relics in the showcase.This paper develops a large-scale constant humidity unit that can regulate and control the humidity environment in the museum showcase.Mainly completed the humidity control scheme design,mechanical structure design,hardware design,software design,algorithm design.For the design of the humidity control scheme,an analysis of the current common humidity control methods is proposed,and a reasonable humidity control scheme is proposed;based on the selected humidity control scheme,the selection of the peripheral components and the structural design are completed,including the unit The design of the overall structure,internal gas circuit structure and water channel structure;in the hardware design,for the control part and the strong electric drive part of the hardware system,the design of the controller and the electric drive board of the strong electric parts were completed respectively;The software design and algorithm design are completed on the basis of the platform,so that the system has the functions of cooperating with various components,supporting multiple communications and humidity control.In terms of optimizing the control effect,the design of the multi-sensor information fusion algorithm is completed based on the DS evidence theory to improve the rationality of the determination of the system control target value;on this basis,the PID controller and fuzzy controller are combined to complete the composite controller designed to improve the system's humidity control accuracy.
