The manufacturing accuracy and efficiency of surface forming light curing is an important evaluation index of its process equipment.After 30 years of development of surface forming light curing technology,its industrial application still faces many problems.Among them,limited by the constraints of optical components,it is difficult to achieve large-scale,high-precision molding is the main problem of this technology.Firstly,by analyzing the mechanism of photocuring molding,the photopolymerization and light energy distribution of photocuring molding are clarified.A dual ultraviolet mask molding method is proposed and its mask generation mechanism is analyzed.The cumulative light path and curing light source of existing photocuring molding equipment are compared.,Provides a theoretical basis and realization basis for the manufacture of prototypes of large-size parts by double ultraviolet mask molding.Secondly,in order to achieve large-size photocuring,this article combines the basic properties of existing UV LEDs,uses non-imaging optical theory,determines the number and array of LEDs in the light source according to the large-scale exposure requirements,and analyzes the different arrangement intervals and trace spacing in TracePro software.The effect of light source irradiation at different working distances was optimized through full-parameter experiments.The optimal arrangement spacing was 25 mm,the working distance was 5 cm,the optimal array parameter light source irradiation uniformity was 97.8%,and the light energy efficiency was 74.7%.Thirdly,in order to ensure the stable formation of dual ultraviolet masks,a wireless monitoring system based on STM32 was built.According to the influencing factors of double ultraviolet mask formation,analyze and design the overall structure of the monitoring system,select the type and design the connection circuit according to the needs of each functional module,then write the data acquisition and transmission program of the monitoring system,and use Lab VIEW software to establish the host computer program.Monitor and record data.Test the built system,the system can obtain the mask environment data stably,so as to develop the double ultraviolet mask forming equipment later.Finally,taking a thin-walled case as a specific case and combining light curing technology to produce a prototype in the existing molding equipment,it lays the foundation for the development of large-scale surface molding equipment and the application of complex component light curing prototype applications.
