Research On Experience Design Of Mobile Financial Management Service Platform Based On User Trust

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet finance,more and more new business forms have emerged.The applications of mobile financial management service have gradually entered the public view.Influenced by the development of the industry,people's concept of money has gradually developed from savings consciousness to diversified financial management consciousness.However,due to the financial nature of financial management,people always have a risk alert mentality about financial management,and in recent years,trust crises in the financial management field have occurred continuously,such as P2 P thunder events,etc.In addition,people always have concerns about network security.The trust issue is always a very prominent user experience issue in the financial management field for these reasons.This topic explores the relationship between user trust and user experience from the perspective of trust,and studies the impact of mobile financial management experience design elements on the construction and maintenance of user trust.The ultimate goal of the cost research project is to increase the user trust of the mobile financial management platform through user experience design.Theoretical research: Firstly,I sort out the related concepts of user trust and user experience.I find the corresponding relationship from the two-dimensional nature of trust and the three levels of user experience respectively.I study the correlation between user experience and user trust,and build the relationship model between trust and user experience.Then the design elements of trust experience are refined according to the relationship model between trust and user experience.The user trust stage is used as the basis for dividing the time of the trust experience,and the user experience level is used as the basis for dividing the level of trust experience.The two are deeply integrated to refine the user experience design elements in different trust stages and summarize the preliminary trust experience design elements frame.Finally,according to the design framework of the trust experience,corresponding design strategies are proposed to improve the user trust of mobile financial management service platform.Design practice: Guided by the proposed user trust experience design element framework and trust experience design strategy-related theories,the mobile financial management service platform was designed.The final practice result is a mobile financial management service platform that is easier to build user trust,attract more users,and provide users with professional financial configuration or advice and other services.The main research result and innovation point of this paper is that the framework of user trust experience design elements is refined and summarized according to the relevance of user trust and user experience.In addition,design strategies to enhance user trust is put forward to guide the design practice process of mobile financial management service platform.
