In the process of thermocompression bonding of touch screen COG(chip on glass)and FOG(film on glass),FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)and chip IC are connected to the glass substrate through ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film)and used The conductive particles in the ACF realize the communication between the FPC,IC and the circuit on the glass substrate,and the bonding state of the conductive particles directly determines the quality of the touch screen.Traditional ACF conductive particles have low manual detection efficiency,and the use of efficient artificial intelligence equipment instead of manual detection can greatly improve the production efficiency and quality of LCD screens.This paper designs and develops an ACF conductive particle detection system for the quality detection requirements of ACF conductive particles.The basic principle of the fully automatic ACF particle detection system is to use a line array camera to perform image acquisition and algorithm analysis on the Bump area on the COG and FOG of the touch screen,and finally automatically mark whether the target detection object is qualified or unqualified.The work of this paper is mainly divided into hardware design and software design.In terms of hardware,after analyzing the requirements and performance parameters of the automatic ACF particle detection system,the work content and focus of the research and development of the ACF particle detection system were determined,and the overall framework of the system was designed according to the needs,and the hardware system was divided into alignment modules,Platform module,line scan module,loading module,unloading module and motion control module,and design each module,select the device,compared with the single industrial control computer,single Platform system,this paper proposes a design scheme that uses dual platform parallel alternating detection,which greatly improves the detection efficiency,and proposes a scheme that uses a cascade of dual industrial computers to ease the pressure of image data processing and calculation.A variety of driving methods are designed and used Cooperate with motion control card to realize precise control.In terms of upper-layer software,the software requirements are first analyzed,and the software framework is designed according to the requirements.Then,each sub-module in the framework is designed and implemented.The sub-modules include motion control module,communication module,and design and construction of database module based on Mysql.The design and implementation of the standard module,alignment module and log module,etc.,designed and implemented the motor curve movement mode,and the use of line array camera design to achieve the autofocus function.Finally,the system was tested for joint adjustment.In view of the problem of image jitter and image blur in the test,a solution using a dial indicator to find the source and a laser displacement sensor to calculate the flatness of the platform was proposed.The system designed in this paper is used to detect ACF particles,and cooperates with automation equipment manufacturers to successfully apply the system to panel production lines and mass production.After testing,the system has reached the predetermined target,the over-detection rate is not higher than 2%,the missed detection rate is not higher than 0.1%,and the inspection speed reaches 3.5 s / pc,which meets the application requirements of the actual production line.
