A Study Of The Influencing Factors On Social Network Users' Information Security Consciousness

Since 2010,the application of 4G communication technology and the large-scale popularization of smart phones have strongly promoted the rapid development of social networks.QQ,Sina Microblog,WeChat,Tik Tok and other online applications are increasingly popular,and have become an important channel for people to communicate and obtain information.Social network has its advantages and disadvantages.On the one hand,it brings people visual convenience.On the other hand,it brings all sorts of nasty security problems.As relevant laws and regulations become more and more perfect,enterprises pay more and more attention to information security protection,security protection technology is also more and more progress.Among the major factors affecting the information security of social network users,personal factors are becoming more and more prominent.The user's personal information security consciousness,to a great extent,determines the ultimate information security.At present,more and more people begin to pay attention to the information security consciousness.A lot of research has been done on the concept,function and influencing factors of information security consciousness.However,it can also be found that due to the lack of targeted theoretical support,most of the research on the factors affecting information security consciousness is a simple list of related factors,messy and lack of logic.Therefore,in order to study the influencing factors of users'information security consciousness,a scientific tool is urgently needed to divide many complicated factors reasonably,so that we can directly and clearly analyze the influence of various factors.On the basis of related literature review at home and abroad,using the theory of KAP and other relevant studies,this paper abstracts four influencing factors including knowledge structure,attitude structure,practice structure and personal background,and constructs a conceptual model of the research.For the predicted sample data,the validity of the relevant measurement items was analyzed by means of confirmatory factor analysis,and the items were purified to form the final questionnaire.Finally,a total of 233 valid samples were collected.For 233 formal sample data,descriptive statistics,reliability and validity tests were first conducted by SPSS 20.0,and regression analysis was used to verify the research hypothesis.Then,qualitative comparative analysis is used to explore how the four factors of personal background,knowledge structure,attitude structure and practice structure interact with each other to influence the information security consciousness of users.Finally,the paper compares and analyzes the conclusions of the two methods,and accordingly put forward the corresponding suggestions,in order to improve the user's information security consciousness and protect their information security.The analysis results of this paper show that:(1)There is no significant linear relationship between the gender factors and the information security consciousness of users;There was a significant negative correlation between age and information security consciousness.The factors of occupation,education background,region,knowledge structure,attitude structure and practice structure show significant positive correlation with information security consciousness.(2)Through qualitative comparative analysis,5 kinds of cause combinations that can affect the user's information security consciousness are obtained,which indicates that the user's information security consciousness is the product of the combination of multiple factors and has different cause combinations.(3)The comparison between the two analysis results shows that the influence of factors on information security consciousness depends on how it is combined with other factors.Putting forward the following reference suggestions:(1)Learning information security knowledge in the field of social network,actively and correctly treat the acquired knowledge,convert explicit knowledge into tacit knowledge,and form consciousness;(2)Paying attention to daily online social behaviors and develop good online social habits;(3)Middle-aged and aged people should pay more attention to improving their information security consciousness;(4)Attaching importance to all kinds of information security education courses and social propaganda.The innovation of the paper is:Using the qualitative comparative analysis method to analyze the cause combination of social network users' information security consciousness,analyzing the causal relationship between personal background,knowledge structure,attitude structure,practice structure and information security consciousness more comprehensively,and providing a new theoretical perspective and method for the study of social network users' information security consciousness.
