Research On Spatiotemporal Visual Method Of Students' Daily Activity Trajectory Based On Campus Wifi Data

Students' daily behaviors can better reflect their daily work and rest rules,while the track of daily activities reflects the regional scope and sequence of students' daily activities.The activity track has obvious spatial characteristics,that is,it reflects the spatial position of students' daily activities,and it also has obvious time characteristics,that is,when it occurs.The analysis of students' activity track day by day is the basis of understanding students' individual learning activities and the characteristics of students'group activities.At present,there is a lack of fine-grained and high-frequency data and analysis that reflect the location,time and behavior of large-scale students.With the popularization of digital campus infrastructure construction,wireless campus is widely used.Teachers and students use wireless network to access the Internet.WiFi devices record the access location and time of each device,while authentication information can determine user information.At the same time,the WiFi equipment samples all day,event level and second to record all network access activities in the campus.Therefore,campus WiFi data is a better data source for analyzing students' daily activities.However,it is difficult to find the hidden activity characteristics behind the data by analyzing the WiFi routing log files which are scattered in file storage,redundant in routing events and indirectly related to daily activities.Through the visualization technology of spatiotemporal trajectory,the multi-dimensional spatiotemporal trajectory data can be presented intuitively,and rich interactive ways can be provided to reveal the activity characteristics contained in the data,which is the research goal of this paper.Around this goal,this paper carried out the following aspects of content research:(1)The theory of trajectory visualization is studied,including the process of trajectory visualization,the method of spatiotemporal data visualization and the theory of spatiotemporal data visualization analysis.(2)This paper studies the campus WiFi data,including the characteristics of WiFi data,the cleaning of data,and the storage of spatiotemporal data.(3)Based on the spatial and temporal data characteristics of campus WiFi,the visualization platform and method are designed and implemented.Based on the platform and method,the daily track visualization and visual analysis of individual students and group students are realized.The innovation of this paper mainly embodies the following aspects:(1)Based on the research goal of spatiotemporal visualization of WiFi data,this paper constructs a method and platform for visual analysis of College Students' daily behaviors,which can directly display the daily campus life behaviors of individual and group students.(2)Through the application of spatiotemporal analysis method based on clustering,the analysis method of daily repetitive behaviors of individuals and groups is established,which provides the basis for the visual analysis and mining of students' life and learning behaviors.
