Spaceborne space deployable structures are widely used in aerospace and military fields,and are a new type of structure with good development prospects.The locking mechanism is an important part of the deployable structure,which plays an important role in ensuring the structural safety during the lunching of Spaceborne space stowed structure and the smooth deploying in the orbit.In this paper,the research on the slipping failure mode analysis of space overlapping antenna hold-down mechanism was carried out.Firstly,in order to have a comprehensive and systematic study on the slipping failure mode,this paper designed and processed the overlapping antenna hold-down mechanism.On the one hand,the model satisfied the research on the mechanism of slip failure,and on the other hand,it took the requirements of the test equipment into account.Then a series of experimental studies were carried out for the above model,including the hold-down mechanism calibration test,the hold-down mechanism friction coefficient test,the sliding limit lateral force test and the vibration test.The experiment explored the influence of the roughness on contact surface of the hold-down mechanism,the locking force of the hold-down mechanism and the magnitude of the experimental vibration on the sliding failure of the hold-down mechanism and provided data support for the subsequent finite element analysis.Then,the finite element modeling analysis of the two methods was carried out by using Patran and Abaqus finite element software.In Abaqus finite element analysis,a spring equivalent model was built for the contact surface of the hold-down mechanism,and the spring stiffness was corrected according to the test results,Rayleigh damping was adopted,which made the frequency response results of finite element analysis consistent with the test results.Finally,the effectiveness of the Abaqus finite element modeling method was evaluated by comparing the test results with the finite element calculation results.At the same time,by comparing the results of the internal force output of the contact surface before and after the sliding seat sliding in the finite element calculation,the influence of the slipping fault on the locking performance of the hold-down mechanism was evaluated.
