Design And Development Of "File Assistant" A File Safely Sharing System Based On WeChat Applet

With the advancement of science and technology,mobile terminals represented by mobile phones and tablet computers have undergone several leaps and bounds of development and upgrades,becoming smaller and more powerful.People can access information,share resources,online shopping,online office,etc.through mobile phones.Mobile phones have become an important tool for people's production and life.Cloud storage service refers to putting data on a cloud server and accessing cloud documents through wired or wireless network equipment.Cloud storage services have become a convenient way to share documents.Based on the research and analysis of the cloud document sharing system at home and abroad,this paper establishes a traceable document security sharing mechanism through user-defined hierarchical grouping and authority allocation,analyzes and studies the technical means such as user real name authentication,fingerprint authentication to ensure the security of data and the design of feedback intelligent information retrieval subsystem,and puts forward The "file assistant" security sharing system based on wechat applet + cloud is introduced.In this system,wechat applet is used as the client of the end user,python + Django is used as the web application server in the cloud,documents are placed on the cloud server,and distributed compression sensing technology CS(compression sensing,CS)realizes the safe storage and sharing functions of word documents,Excel spreadsheets,PPT presentation documents and pictures,and studies "feedback intelligent retrieval technology" to improve the retrieval efficiency of documents.This paper discusses the concept,design,development and application of the "file assistant" security sharing system from four aspects,including:(1)This paper analyzes the application and research status of the current file sharing service,and in view of the shortcomings in the current sharing technology,puts forward the idea of "file assistant" file sharing system with wechat applet as the main tool,focusing on the functional requirements of users.(2)After the system analysis,the system design and technical development are carried out.The key points of the system design include hierarchical architecture design,database design and system interface prototype design.The technology development mainly uses Python + Django + Mysql to complete the system coding and development in MTV mode,and carries out the fingerprint and CS encryption / decryption multi-level access control identity authentication technology research and feedback intelligent retrieval technology research,providing the basis for solving fingerprint + key identity authentication,data transmission security,intelligent retrieval,etc.(3)Test the "file assistant" document sharing system,using the combination of simulated operation and user experience.By generating the experience version of file Assistant 1.00,test the actual operation of the functions of end-user grading and grouping management,document forwarding,sharing management,etc.The innovations of this research work include:(1)Through user-defined hierarchical grouping and permission assignment,combined with user behavior log,a traceable document security sharing mechanism is established;(2)Through user real name authentication,fingerprint authentication and other technical means to ensure the security of data.JWT(JSON web tokens)is used to bind wechat users for real name authentication,fingerprint authentication based on DCS technology is used,and CCS encryption / decryption multi-level access control is used to ensure the security of data reading,forwarding and sharing.(3)Research and design the feedback intelligent information retrieval subsystem to segment the queries submitted by users,use cosine similarity algorithm to calculate the similarity,and continuously improve the query and sorting results of the system.
