The technology of non-magnetic inductive sensor,which is used to measure displacement or velocity,is an important part of the field of measurement technology,and can be widely used in all kinds of measurement instruments.In China,this kind of sensor technology is not mature enough.Most of the sensors are of magnetic type on the market.The purpose of this project is to research and design a non-magnetic inductive sensor with excellent characteristics,which is in short supply on the market.Therefore,the research of this project has a broad market prospect and is of great significance in theory.This paper introduces a non-magnetic inductive sensor circuit,which is mainly used to measure the translational displacement or rotational displacement,translational speed or rotational speed of metal objects,and the digital signal output can effectively meet the needs of measurement applications in the field concerned.The sensor circuit uses inductance as the probe of the sensor,and the main circuit structure is composed of voltage stabilizing circuit,sine wave oscillation circuit,Schmitt trigger circuit,etc.In this paper,the sub modules of the circuit structure are introduced,the basic theoretical analysis of the circuit structure of each module is made,the working principle model is separated,and the function and performance of the circuit are simulated and tested respectively.The sensor circuit introduced in this paper solves all kinds of disadvantages of magnetic sensor.It has excellent characteristics such as non-magnetic,large temperature difference resistance,low power consumption,long detection distance,strong anti-interference ability,and the probe does not have any resistance and influence on the tested object when sampling.Therefore,it can adapt to special applications and severe working conditions.In terms of application,the sensor circuit can be directly used in a variety of intelligent instruments because it is output in the form of digital signals.In addition,it can also be used in military products,industrial products,special instruments and equipment for scientific experiments,robot motion sensors and civil products.
