Images are more and more commonly used in people's daily life,and the scope of application is ubiquitous,and the true and false images are more and more difficult to distinguish.The popularity and ease of use of various image processing software has also led to more and more tampering with images.When these tampering images are used as evidence or widely forwarded on the Internet,some important clues have been falsified and confusing,which will cause very much people's lives.The important influence,therefore the research of image tamper detection technology is very important.Research on image tamper detection algorithm is the most common research based on copy-and-paste tampering.The main algorithms are based on image block and key point-based image tamper detection algorithm.The SIFT algorithm is currently the most widely used image tamper detection algorithm based on key points,but it also has many shortcomings,such as poor accuracy and time consuming of image tamper detection.This paper studies the problems existing in the SIFT algorithm.In order to solve the problems of high feature dimensions extracted by SIFT algorithm,time-consuming,and large computer resources,this paper uses K-means algorithm to reduce the dimension and improve the speed of the algorithm.It is difficult to accurately determine the region.In this paper,the RANSAC algorithm is used to remove mismatched points to improve the accuracy when tampering with the location of the region.For the SIFT algorithm,only the gray features of the image are extracted and the color information of the image is lost In this paper,the features extracted by SIFT algorithm are combined with the CIE Lab color space features of the image to enrich the key point information.This article also proposes a method for automatically detecting repeated areas in the same image,that is,repeated detection is performed by using a scale.The variable feature transform(SIFT)method recognizes local features(points of interest)of an image and performs it by using the singular value decomposition(SVD)method to match the same features.Based on SIFT's improved image tamper detection algorithm,a series of experiments are designed in this paper.The experimental results show that the improved SIFT image tamper detection algorithm has better detection accuracy,detection efficiency and robust performance than the original SIFT detection algorithm.
