Research On Automatic Assignment Of Software Development Tasks Based On Text Mining

In software project management,the task assignment to developers is one of the daily and core work.Rapid and reasonable assignment of development tasks can not only reduce the cost of project time and project human resources,but also help developers to participate in more appropriate work.For this reason,task assignment can be used to ensure the project to be completed quickly with higher quality.This paper takes an E-commerce project as a case study,to tackle the problem of project overdue which often occurs in the process of project implementation and to analyze the whole project process from the perspective of project time management.We find that the time-consuming phenomenon of task assignment and unreasonable task assignment is the key factor of project overdue.Aiming at the time-consuming and unreasonable phenomenon of task division,this paper puts forward the Familiarity with Tasks and Programming Ability as two indicators as the principle of task assignment,based on the related theoretical results in the field of human resource management and text mining.According to this principle,the automatic task assignment system is developed,which makes the assignment of software development tasks more rapid and more reasonable.This paper is a practical exploration of text mining theory in the field of project management.This paper explains the methods and steps of applying text mining algorithm to the specific project management,and provides a detailed case for the research of project management intellectualization,which has important managerial implications.
