With the rapid development of Internet and the growth of mobile Internet users,social apps are springing up,but the long tail market of social apps is still huge and complex,and there are still many opportunities to explore.The ideal state of social interaction is to combine online and offline to form a closed loop.Online is already a red sea,oligopoly,but offline is still a blue sea.The accelerated development of urbanization has spawned a kind of new groups,which are nicknamed "empty nest youth".Mobile social applications have brought many problems while meeting their various needs.They are eager to go online and offline face-to-face social interaction,cultivate their interests and hobbies,expand their circle and use their hobbies and specialties to gain new stage and extra income.Enter,or even control more initiative and freedom through additional income.The author studies social products and "empty nest youth" through the concept of service design,combines online social and offline activities,and finally produces social activity mobile application "together" to alleviate the loneliness of "empty nest youth",meet their social needs and enrich their life content.This topic is divided into six chapters.The first chapter studies the topic background of social activity mobile applications.The serious derailment of online social and offline activities provides a huge market for social activity products.Then,the horizontal and vertical research on the development status of social activity mobile applications at home and abroad is carried out,and the results show that the product experience is poor,the service mode is single,and the products are the same.Serious quality problems.In the second chapter,through reading a large number of literature and books,the theoretical basis of social activity mobile applications is studied.Through the theoretical research,the design and research process of social activity mobile applications based on the concept of service design is proposed to guide the theoretical practice.The third chapter analyzes and interviews the users who meet the characteristics of "empty nest youth" group.Combined with the research and investigation of existing social activity mobile applications in the market,it analyzes and studies the problems of social activity products and establishes the target users.The target users are divided into two groups,one is the activity initiator,the other is the activity participants.Based on the common points of the target users,the user service process is visualized with the user journey map,and the information such as service contact,user demand,behavior path and user emotion are integrated to analyze the pain points and opportunity points of users,extract user scenarios,establish product functions,and design new service processes.Guide the design practice of the fourth chapter.The fourth chapter is the planning and design of product function,which establishes the functional framework,task flow,visual expression,operation strategy and other aspects of the product.In Chapter 5,according to the design points of Chapter 4,the user experience is the guide,the service contacts with poor experience are selected for improved design,and the service process of new social activity mobile application together is tested with scenario simulation method to verify the feasibility of the design.The sixth chapter summarizes the author's vision for this topic.
