With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous innovation of technology,especially in recent years,the vigorous development of the Internet,a large number of software enterprises emerge at the historic moment.R&D personnel are the cornerstone of R&D strength of software enterprises and represent the core competitiveness of software enterprises.By establishing a scientific talent incentive mechanism,enterprises can attract more R&D personnel to join in,and make talents become the booster of enterprise development.This paper first defines and analyzes the concept of software companies and talents,and discusses the relevant theories of talent incentive mechanism.Through literature induction,the research status and achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars are summarized.Questionnaire survey was used to collect the problems of R company's current situation,and quantitative analysis was used to summarize and analyze the problems of R company in the construction of talent incentive mechanism.According to the result of problem analysis,the optimization principle of talent incentive mechanism of R company is set up to guarantee the scientific and reasonable construction of optimization measures.By applying Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,specific optimization solutions are proposed for the problems existing in R company's salary system planning,employee career planning,employee promotion,performance appraisal,corporate culture construction,welfare treatment,etc.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of R company's talent incentive mechanism,the construction of talent incentive mechanism was further standardized and explained from three aspects of SMART principle,talent structure optimization and corporate culture construction,so as to ensure the implementation of the overall plan.From the effect of the implementation of the scheme,the basic material needs of human beings are guaranteed through the adjustment of salary structure and welfare treatment,which can improve the stability of the work of R&D personnel.Through the optimization of performance appraisal,to create a fairer competition environment,can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of R&D personnel;Through the establishment of relevant measures such as talent protection and long-term incentive,the interests of employees and enterprises can be bound together to increase the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team.Through the construction of corporate culture,the improvement of training and honors and awards,the R&D personnel can enhance their sense of identity with the enterprise and their satisfaction with the realization of personal value.By perfecting and establishing R company's talent incentive mechanism,the overall management level and operating efficiency of the enterprise are improved.As an important support of enterprise development strategy,the construction of talent incentive mechanism is conducive to the transformation of enterprises into standardization,branding,talent and marketization.The research topic and results of this paper are of certain reference significance to software enterprises under the current environment,and play a certain guiding role in the process of designing and implementing talent incentive mechanism.
