With the continuous development of technology,more and more food safety is not uncommon,and people gradually realize the importance of food safety.In order to solve food safety problems,the government and relevant organizations have gradually established and standardized food safety management systems.Traditional traceability systems are often built on data-centric operations and management.Individual companies cannot guarantee a reliable traceability collection supply chain.If the products purchased by consumers have problems,they cannot be traced back to specific operations.However,the existing product quality traceability system lacks unified standards and cannot effectively monitor the entire supply chain information of the product.The product information may be maliciously tampered with and lose credibility.As a popular snack food,the special forest fruit products also have a good market prospect.Therefore,this article selects the related products produced by cooperative enterprises such as red dates,Dangshan pear and other special forest fruit products as the research object.At the same time,by selecting the blockchain architecture as the main technical means to ensure the credibility of data,in order to provide a reliable basis for the realization of a reliable forest fruit traceability system.In view of the data security problems in the forest fruit traceability supply chain,this paper uses some advantages of the blockchain in decentralization and combines smart contract technology to implement the forest fruit trusted traceability system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Designed and implemented a storage structure based on traceability information of forest fruit products.In view of the excessive centralization of data in traditional traceability systems,this paper uses the blockchain to build distributed dapp client nodes,and the participating nodes in the forest fruit supply chain form the alliance chain environment to jointly maintain the safety and reliability of the data on the chain.Using the structure of Ethereum combined with the IPFS distributed network to achieve reliable storage of forest fruit traceability information,thus replacing traditional centralized storage and achieving credible storage of forest fruit traceability.(2)Use smart contracts to implement the business logic functions of the forest fruit traceability system.Considering the large number of participants in the Linguo traceability system,the smart contract is used to design the corresponding contract function rules to effectively restrict the user's operation authority.By designing and implementing amulti-module forest fruit traceability model based on smart contracts to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of participant users' on-chain data..(3)The design and implementation of Lin Guo's trusted traceability system.Forest fruit companies can effectively protect the client's data on the chain from being tampered with,thereby improving the credibility of the entire supply chain of forest fruit products.
