Research On The Inheritance And Inovation Of Traditional Festival Culture In Public Libraries In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to Chinese excellent traditional culture as an important ideological and cultural resource for governing the country.On January26,2017,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued "Opinions on the Implementation of the Inheritance and Development Project of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture".Among them,"Implementation of the Revitalization Project of Chinese Traditional Festivals to Enrich the Cultural Connotation of Traditional Festivals such as Spring Festival,Lantern Festival,Qingming Festival,Dragon Boat Festival,Tanabata Festival,Mid-Autumn Festival and Double Ninth Festival" was proposed.In addition,the report on the work of the government of the 19 th national congress pointed out,"culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Culture rejuvenates the country and brings prosperity.Culture strengthens the nation."."We must persist in serving the people and socialism,persistin letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend,persist in creative transformation and innovative development,and constantly forge new glories in Chinese culture." Traditional festival culture is a vital component of Chinese excellent traditional culture,because its specific cultural connotation shines in the huge system of traditional culture.As the main position for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,public libraries inherit and innovate traditional festival culture and realize the "co-frequency resonance" between traditional festival culture and the new era.This is not only their professional mission and responsibility,but also the requirements of the new era for cultural undertakings,and is also the inevitable choice of public libraries' own modernization transformation.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is an overview of the inheritance and innovation of traditional festival culture in public libraries in the new era.The new era,public libraries and their concepts and functions are also defined in this chapter.The unique advantages of traditional festival culture inheritance and innovation of public libraries in the new era are expounded.The significance of inheritance and innovation of traditional festival culture in public libraries was discussed.The third chapter is a survey of the status quo of the inheritance and innovation of traditional festival culture in Hunan library.The author investigated the presentsituation of cultural inheritance and innovation of major traditional festivals in Hunan library,summarized the achievements,found the existing problems,and analyzed the reasons.The fourth chapter is to elaborate the new era public library tradition festival culture inheritance innovation countermeasure.According to the shortcomings and problems in the inheritance and innovation of traditional festival culture in public libraries,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures for the inheritance and innovation of traditional festival culture in public libraries in the new era,including the basic principles to be adhered to,the content value orientation to be deepened and the fundamental approaches to inheritance and innovation.
