With the rapid development of modern mobile communication technology,communication services have become an indispensable part of people's daily work and life,and people's quality requirements for business are getting higher and higher.In order to meet people's increasing communication needs and adapt to the rapid development of wireless communication,a variety of wireless communication technologies emerge at the right moment.Among them,the most widely used is multi-input and multi-output(MIMO)wireless communication technology.This new technology can effectively improve channel capacity,data transmission rate and spectrum utilization.However,due to the increase in the number of antennas in the MIMO technology,the strong coupling between the antennas affects the performance of each antenna unit.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure that the coupling of the antenna elements in the MIMO array is small to achieve a good working state of the antenna array.In this thesis,some basic theories of MIMO wireless communication technology are researched and discussed.Based on this,the decoupling and related array technology in MIMO array are studied.The main contents of the thesis are as follows: The first chapter introduces the current development status and new progress of MIMO technology,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the main work of the text.The second chapter introduces some basic theories and analysis in MIMO technology,including the basic parameters of the antenna,MIMO antenna array mutual coupling and other related knowledge theory.The third chapter introduces a low profile dual-polarized four-cell MIMO antenna array.By adopting the metamaterial structure to reduce the profile of the antenna,the antenna array is fed by loading the power splitter,and the isolation of each port is improved by loading the planar isolation branch and the spatial isolation branch.Finally,the MIMO array is well matched in the frequency band of 2.5GHz to 2.7GHz.The reflection coefficients of each port are below-12 d B,and the isolation of each port is below-25 d B.The fourth chapter introduces a miniaturized four-cell end-fire MIMO antenna array.The antenna bandwidth is increased by adopting the structure of the third-order metallized ridge,and the radiation direction of the antenna array is improved by the director and the upper medium,and finally the MIMO array achieves a good working state in the frequency band of 10 GHz to 18 GHz.The reflection coefficients are all below-10 d B,and by adjusting the phase of each port,the beam deflection of the array can be achieved to 30°,and beam scanning of the end-fire MIMO array is realized.The fifth chapter gives a brief summary of this thesis,puts forward the shortcomings of the current work,and puts forward his own views on the current generation of mobile communication technology.
