In recent years,pet demand brought about by urbanization,one-child and aging trends has driven the pet market to flourish,and various pet-centric Apps have emerged.With the intensification of competition,the positioning of pet App presents a homogenization phenomenon.The solidification of the model limits the profit point and business expansion,and it is difficult to meet the user's growing emotional consumption demand.In addition,the major animal shelters in China are facing the problem of full number of animals.However,the propagation and acceptance of“adoption instead of purchase" are very low,and the public has a big misunderstanding about adopting animals.The project hopes to create a commercial and public-friendly pet social App by analyzing the troubles and needs of pet groups and the public's perception of stray animals adoption,and combining pet-related domestic and international Internet productsIn the early stage of the project,the author inquired about the status quo of pet industry at home and abroad,analyzed the functions and services provided by the pet-related application platform,and analyze the needs of the six pet social application platforms with the best development in China.Interviews and questionnaire surveys initially identified target groups,user portraits,consumer markets,products and services provided by enterprises,and deepened product advantages.In the middle of the project,through the service design methodology such as service blueprint and experience travel,iterate over the preset products and services,and determines the products and services that are finally provided.Then,the UI interface according to the iOS UI design specifications are designed.In the later stage of the project,the author analyzed various communication channels,wrote relevant marketing strategies and brand promotion plans,reasonably estimated and produced relevant financial plans and statements according to the current market conditions,and finally formed the main body of the project-" All 4 Pet Business Plan."This business plan is organized around the pet industry,based on user needs and branded operations,serving every brand contact of users,researching long-term profit targets while exploring the possibility of enterprise-led pet crowdfunding.This business and non-profit business model is challenging and innovative.At the same time,the NPS management system involved is a relatively avant-garde management system for the current service industry.It is also an attempt to introduce it into the pet industry.The innovation of this project is to deeply explore the user needs of each touch point and use it as a design basis to create a company that is truly useful to users.Secondly,All 4 Pet branded products and services,and established an offline "All 4 House" experience store while establishing an online platform.The combination of online platform and offline experience store meets the needs of different users and improves brand satisfaction and loyalty.In addition,the project provides insight into the public's perceptions of stray animals and“adoption instead of purchase" during the research process,and created value for society based on profitability.This is a win-win project that provides services to users,enables them to make profits,and it can change the status of stray animals and contribute to social harmony.
