Research On The Construction Of New Archives Resources In Hubei Archives

As the storage of human history and wisdom,the existence of archives records the process of human development,inherits and accelerates the civilization of human development.Archives,as the memory carrier of archives storage and collection,occupy an important position in the whole social public service.The construction of archives resources plays an important role in the management of archives.In this paper,Hubei archives as the research object,combined with the current development of the information age,through the method of literature research and field research to carry out the specific research on the construction of archives resources in Hubei archives.In this study,a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials were collected and sorted out to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent studies.Specifically,the theoretical basis of archives management research was elaborated from the concepts of archives and public archives,features and functions of public archives,new public service theory and social memory theory.Through the overview of collection,sorting,storage,open to use four aspects to introduce and analyze the current status of resources construction in Hubei province archives under the premise of,find its archives resources,records management,archives utilization problem,and dig out the cause of the problem: bureau pavilion syncretic system limitation,system construction and resource management pattern backwardness,imperfect service mode.In view of the current practical problems in the construction of archives resources in Hubei province,combining with the related research review and theoretical basis at home and abroad,drawing on useful experience,specific measures for the construction of new forms of archives resource management are defined.In this paper,the study of the construction of the new archives resources in Hubei province,can let more people understand and know file,to archival research in making certain types of sex research,to better play its functions to make archives,archives and public service for the society,to better meet the needs of the public.
