Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Exhibition Business Information Management System

With the promotion of global economic integration and rapid development of domestic economy,the exhibition economy in China has springing up and developed rapidly.All the industries in various parts of the country have organized exhibitions or expositions to stimulate new economic growth points.The rapid development of domestic exhibition industry also highlights many problems existing in business management and information interaction of exhibition business.In order to scientifically comb the business work flow within the exhibition enterprise,enhance the information interaction and sharing of the exhibition enterprise and the outside,each exhibition enterprise strengthens its own information construction,and constructs the information management system of service and exhibition business.A good exhibition business information management system can not only enhance the publicity of enterprises,but also effectively achieve CRM and booth sales.This paper,starting from the actual business of the exhibition enterprise,integrates the exhibition enterprise portal and the business information management,and constructs an information management system adapted to the exhibition business of the exhibition enterprise.This paper analyzes the present situation of the exhibition business information management and the construction of the exhibition business information management system.Combined with the actual exhibition business,the paper analyzes the feasibility of the system construction and the main exhibition business,and makes clear the main user roles of the system,and uses the UML model to carry out functional use case analysis;the system adopts the system.The B/S layered architecture realizes the overall logic structure design,and designs the main flow of the main functional modules.In the database construction,the database is designed with E-R diagram,and then the data model and data table are designed for each entity.In the process of realizing the system,the main functional modules are realized by software engineering technology such as class object,stored procedure,interface and so on,and the function test and performance test of the system are realized.The system development platform uses Microsoft Virtual Studio 2010,and calls related plug-ins to realize the development of the functional interface.At the same time,SQL Server 2010 is selected to realize the storage and management of the database.At present,the system basically realizes the main functions of exhibition business information release management,customer(exhibitor)management,booth sales management and online customer service,and has been put into trial operation to achieve the expected goal.
