Artificial Intelligence(AI)is one of the hottest technologies in the world,With the application of 5G technology in the future,it will play a greater role.In the application of artificial intelligence,machine vision plays an important role,It provides artificial intelligence with the function similar to human eyes,even in measurement,feature recognition,image analysis and other fields,machine vision does better than human eyes.In the field of automation control,machine vision improves manufacture level of the flexibility,flexibility and automation in production.LED lighting is a kind of semiconductor solid-state light-emitting device,which has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,fast light-emitting response,good controllability,small size,long life and so on.It gradually replaces the traditional white light,fluorescent light and other lighting.Compared with the traditional lighting control mode,the LED lighting control mode is more intelligent,digital and networked.At the same time,many of them also have the monitoring functions of temperature,humidity and photometry.At present,most intelligent control of LED is based on IOT(Internet Of Things).In this paper,the intelligent control of LED is studied by comparing the advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine vision.Machine vision has great advantages in intelligent control of LED.For example,it can automatically track the target to be illuminated,recognize human facial expressions and perceive human emotional state,so as to adjust the RGB color of LED,make the lighting atmosphere of LED and human emotions coordinate,and thus regulate people's psychological and physiological state.In addition,in terms of road lighting,machine vision can accurately identify the passing of unmanned and vehicles,which can turn off or reduce lighting when no one and vehicles pass,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.It can be seen that machine vision plays a great role in the intelligent control of LED lighting,and with the price of machine vision related products falling year by year,it is also gradually moving towards reality in the field of intelligent control of LED.In this paper,through the use of computer image processing method,the characteristics of the LED lighting target are analyzed,and the related data of the target are transmitted to the control system by programming and algorithm to control the LED.The knowledge involved includes computer image processing,programming and algorithm,mechanical structure,servo drive and so on.In the field of machine vision,the programming tools used are opencv,halcon,matlab,labview,Visual C + + and so on.These software tools have their own characteristics and application occasions,which are used in the project of this paper.The intelligent control mode of LED discussed in this paper is relatively novel,involving a wide range of knowledge and strong engineering.This is also very consistent with the characteristics of my professional master's degree.
