With the progress of the era,the construction of a harmonious society and the development of education have gradually become an inevitable requirement for the development in our country.As an important engine to promote the quality of education and regional economic development,the equalization and rationalization of the allocation of resources in education have increasingly attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Scientific and rational strategy for all kinds of educational infrastructure and resources is an important way to achieve fair development of education.Based on the educational data decision-making platform,this thesis applies the optimization idea of Pareto algorithm to solve the resource allocation problem in the compulsory education stage,aiming to provide theoretical support for educational decision-making.The main research work is summarized as follows:(1)Constructing a multi-objective optimization allocation model of district education resources and applying NSGA-II to provide decision-making schemes.First of all,the district and county education resource allocation indicator system was proposed.A multi-objective optimization mathematical model for resource allocation in districts and counties was established to improve the allocation of educational resources,reduce the differences in resource allocation between districts and counties,and improve the utilization of educational resources.The entropy weight method was used to solve the index weights.Then,the model was solved by the NSGA-II algorithm.In order to avoid local convergence in the elite selection strategy,the same solution set was deleted according to the objective function in the district resource allocation model.Finally,the simulation experiment of NSGA-II with SPEA2,MOEA/D and IBEA was carried out.Through subjective display and objective performance analysis,NSGA-II was validated to solve the model efficiently and could provide theoretically supported decision-making schemes.In order to explore the development of education further and evaluate the balance of education in districts and counties,this thesis proposed a high-dimensional multi-objective optimal allocation model of educational resources in the university district.(2)Constructing a high-dimensional multi-objective optimal allocation model for the mutual aid model of education resources in the university district and applying KnEA to provide decision-making schemes.First of all,this thesis proposed an index system of educational resource allocation level in the university district.The comprehensive allocation level of each university district by using analytic hierarchy process was evaluate.A mathematical model for multi-objective optimization of educational resource allocation was constructed to improve the balanced development of the university district mutual aid model was constructed.Then,the model was solved based on the KnEA algorithm.The adaptive Knee point solving strategy was adopted to reduce computational complexity and enhances convergence performance.Finally,the simulation experiment of KnEA with MOEA/D-DE,SPEA2SDE and NSGA-? was carried out.The Pareto frontier and HV objective index analysis were used to verify the efficiency of KnEA solving the model.The decision-making scheme for resource allocation optimization in the university area were obtained by KnEA.This strategy can achieve the goal of improving the balanced development of educational resources allocation under the resource-assisted mode of university districts in districts and counties,and thus narrow the differences between the university districts in the districts and counties.
