With the development of the new generation mobile communication system,many physical layer technique have emerged.Index modulation is a new wireless modulation transmission technology,which can achieve a better balance between spectrum efficiency and transmission performance by utilizing multi-domain resources.The basic idea of index modulation is that the spatial,frequency and time domain transmission resources of wireless communication system are used as the means of bit mapping,so different bit mappings are made for different multi-domain resource allocation,which provides flexibility for the construction and design of wireless systems.This thesis studies the application of multi-domain index modulation in digital watermarking,peak-to-average power ratio suppression,space-time-frequency multi-antenna coding,and builds a link based on MATLAB and LabVIEW software radio platform.The key technique are simulated and experimented on Hardware platform,which reveals the performance of multi-domain index modulation system and provides a reference for its application and design in future mobile communication systems.The detailed research contents of this thesis are as follows.In the first chapter,the development history of future mobile communication systems and the current research status of index modulation wireless communication systems are introduced.And,the main contents and contributions of this paper are given.In the second chapter,the basic principles and methods of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing,frequency domain index modulation and traditional digital watermarking technology are introduced.Then a digital watermarking algorithm based on frequency domain index modulation system is proposed for the low watermarking detection performance of traditional watermarking technology,finally,a simulation link based on software and hardware platform is built,and,performance analysis and experimental verification of the algorithm are carried out.In the third chapter,the index modulation transmission system based on spatial resources and the peak-to-average power ratio suppression method based on limiting are introduced,Then,In the joint index modulation system based on spatial-frequency domain,the bit error ratio(BER)and peak-to-average power ratio performance of the signal after limiting are further verified,finally,the software simulation link and hardware platform are built to verify the performance of the proposed method.In the fourth chapter,we summarizes the design of multi-antenna based on space-time block coding,space-time linear coding and space-frequency linear coding.Then space-time and space-frequency linear coding method based on frequency-domain index modulation is proposed,finally,a software and hardware test platform is built to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm.In the fifth chapter,we summarizes the contributions and main contents of the whole thesis.
