With the in-depth development of information technology such as the Internet and big data,all walks of life are paying more and more attention to the value of data,and the secondary analysis and utilization of existing data through data mining related technologies has produced good economic benefits.In recent years,the business administration department has accumulated a large amount of industrial and commercial data in the application process of the business management business system.However,there are two main problems in the application of data in Province's industrial and commercial business system: First,the system only supports the basic business of business management,and cannot provide data statistics and data analysis services.Second,it is difficult to obtain information with analytical value from the system.In view of the above problems and the needs of the Guizhou Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce for the analysis of regional economic trends,this paper aims to study and design a system for the prediction and analysis of regional economic trends.The system is based on industrial and commercial data combined with economic theory and dimensional modeling ideas to achieve regional The construction of economic indicator system;using machine learning technology to construct a regional economic trend forecast analysis model to achieve regional economic development trend forecast.In order to implement the system,this paper mainly does three aspects of work:The first is the construction of business theme data sets and data warehouses.Based on the acquired industrial and commercial data information,this paper uses data preprocessing and data warehouse technology to construct the business theme dataset,and constructs the data warehouse based on the dimension of the analysis.The second is the regional economic analysis index system and model construction.Based on the needs of business administration departments and related economic theory knowledge,this paper constructs a regional economic analysis index system based on the three dimensions of market,industry and enterprise,and solves the problem that the regional economic analysis index system is not perfect and cannot comprehensively analyze the regional economic development.In the construction of regional economic trend prediction model,this paper introduces the concepts of sequence pair and sequence entropy,and improves the C4.5 decision tree algorithm.After comparison,it can effectively solve the problem of time series autocorrelation in industrial and commercial data,and verify that the model can Better fit the regional economic development of Guiyang City,Guizhou Province,and better predict the future development of the regional economy.The third is the implementation and visualization of the analysis system.In this paper,based on the software engineering related method,based on the Flask framework,the regional economic trend prediction and analysis system is designed and implemented.The system adopts B/S architecture,which is divided into three layers: data processing layer,data analysis layer and application display layer.Data processing layer performs data cleaning and data transformation;data analysis layer performs statistical analysis and prediction analysis;application display The layer uses data visualization technology to visualize the data.
