Intelligent manufacturing with information fusion as the core has set off a new industrial upsurge.Discrete manufacturing workshop is at the intersection of manufacturing logistics and production information.There are many kinds of equipment and production materials in the workshop,and information exchange is frequent.In order to ensure the timely and efficient completion of production orders,real-time monitoring of equipment and processing materials must be carried out.Because of the heterogeneity of equipment in discrete manufacturing workshop and the complexity of material processing technology,many workshops can not obtain real-time information of equipment and material status.They can only produce by random allocation of processing materials by workshop producers,which greatly affects the production efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,the discrete manufacturing workshop urgently needs a real-time information monitoring system which can realize the interconnection and interoperability of workshop equipment and material information,and monitor the production status of production equipment and processing materials,and make reasonable production scheduling planning according to the status of workshop production resources.Based on the analysis of the actual production objects and business requirements of the discrete manufacturing workshop,the requirements of the discrete manufacturing monitoring system are analyzed from three aspects: equipment and material data acquisition,real-time status monitoring and workshop production scheduling.On this basis,the overall system architecture and business process model are designed.Firstly,the information model of workshop production equipment is established by using OPC UA technology,and data collection of heterogeneous equipment is realized by binding data address space;material information is acquired by binding RFID tags to production material information,and the distribution status of processing materials and processing information provided by AGV are realized by combining material handling positioning and processing information provided by processing equipment.Real-time monitoring of work conditions;combined with discrete workshop production indicators and information of material,logistics and equipment resources in the workshop,an improved variable neighborhood genetic algorithm is used to design a workshop process scheduling algorithm with logisticsscheduling,which is verified by an example.Finally,the monitoring system of discrete manufacturing workshop is designed in detail,and the functional modules,data flow diagrams and database tables of the system are given.The functional modules of the monitoring system of discrete manufacturing workshop based on B/S architecture are developed by using JAVA programming language.The feasibility of the system is verified by the test run of each module.
