With the acceleration of the process of globalization,the economy of our country continues to rise,so the consumption level and living standard of people have greatly improved,and the consumption of clothing has increased rapidly in this stage.Therefore,we should design a system for the production of clothing to improve the operational efficiency.The clothing market continues to expand,and the order-based clothing sales is the main mode of clothing sales.At the same time,enterprise development must rely on computer technology to combine technology with production,thus generating tremendous vigor and vitality.The application of management information system in the enterprise will inject fresh blood into the development of the enterprise and exert its maximum effectiveness.The main object of this paper is Hunan Beauty Legend Garment Co.,Ltd.Starting from their production management information system and combining with the actual production situation of the enterprise,we develop a production planning system that can adapt to the development of the enterprise.The system can be used in all aspects of production to achieve the best results.Through the investigation and research of the actual situation of the enterprise,the bottleneck encountered by the enterprise in the production in format ionization is analyzed,and based on the production characteristics of the enterprise,the design of the production planning system is completed through the UML modeling tool.Then,according to the structure determined by the system design,the system is designed through the object-oriented method,and then the database of the system is designed.Finally,the various processes of the system design are introduced and analyzed in detail,involving core modules such as order entry and maintenance module,production planning and scheduling module,production schedule control module and chart analysis module.Based on the specific operation situation of the enterprise and characteristics of production,this paper develops a production planning system.Through this information system,the production efficiency of the enterprise can be greatly improved.At the same time,it makes the enterprise stand out in the increasingly competitive market and gain considerable development,thereby occupying more market share and providing profitability.
