Nowadays, video users require watching video contents with high quality.Video providers now provide video in 4K(UHD)which has a resolution of 4096 × 2160 pixels. In the same time,360-degree video, also called spherical video is a new and immersive way,it uses a special set of camera to record all 360 degrees of a scene simultaneously.During playback, the viewer has control of the viewing direction like a panorama.Ultra HD and 360 hold great promise, but streaming 4/8K or VR-360 video content over today's networks remains a considerable challenge. It requires indeed too much bandwidth to deliver the full panorama view with an acceptable video quality and to adapt,in real time for VR-360,the viewport quality stream that is responsive to head movements. So it is necessary to solve this problem in order to provide the customers the best possible quality video. To distribute multimedia contents,Hyper Text Transfer Protocol(HTTP)is now largely adopted thanks to HTTP Adaptive Streaming(HAS)technologies. But HAS still face problems in networks with limited bandwidth, for high bitrate video contents.HTTP Live Streaming(also known as HLS)is an HTTP-based media streaming communications protocol. It resembles MPEG-DASH in that it works by breaking the overall stream into a sequence of small HTTP-based file downloads, each download loading one short chunk of an overall potentially unbounded transport stream. As the stream is played, the client may select from a number of different alternate streams containing the same material encoded at a variety of data rates, allowing the streaming session to adapt to the available data rate.At the start of the streaming session,HLS downloads an extend M3 U playlist containing the metadata for the various sub-streams which are available.High Efficiency Video Coding(HEVC),also known as H.265,is a recent video compression standard,it is the success off the widely used AVC codec(H.264).In comparison to AVC,HEVC offers about double the data compression ratio at the same level of video quality,it allows improving strongly video quality at the same bit rate.It supports resolutions up to 8192×4320,including 4K UHD.This paper will focus on the HEVC video compression standard and the tiling technology which is used to segment spatial video frames to different coding block with each block,it is possible to have different quality inside. We then organize the video source production process to produce such type the video and analyse the video effect.
