Guangdong Science and Technology Planning Project(hereinafter referred to as "Project")refers to the scientific research,technological development,achievements transformation and related science and technology that are included in the Guangdong Science and Technology Plan and are undertaken by an independent legal entity through the financial support of Guangdong Province or the support and guidance of scientific and technological policies,and organized and implemented within a certain period of time.Activities.At present,the information management tool of Guangdong Science and Technology Planning Project is"Sunshine Government Platform for Science and Technology Business Management of Guangdong Province"(hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine Government Platform"),which includes the work contents of "declaration management","project evaluation","project establishment management" and "process management" of the project,mainly focusing on the project.The whole process management,while the "project acceptance" in "process management" only records the application and acceptance results of the project acceptance,and the "project acceptance" process records less.Taking the acceptance service platform of scientific and technological plan project successfully implemented by Guangdong Science and Technology Basic Conditions Platform Center as an example,this paper introduces the functions of the system in detail from requirement analysis,function design,database design to function realization.In the process of introducing the design and implementation of the system,the solutions to the key problems of the system are introduced.This system adopts B/S structure,uses Oracle,mongodb,Eclipse and other tools,and Ajax,ADO.NET and UML modeling technology.The system consists of twelve functional modules,including homepage,workbench,basic information management,acceptance management,short message platform management,verification organization management,knowledge base management,query statistics,system management,etc.The system has been successfully applied in the acceptance work of provincial science and technology plan projects.The results show that the acceptance work system has friendly interface,simple operation,real-time processing of data,timely feedback information,improved work efficiency,made the acceptance work of science and technology projects more scientific and standardized,and the use of the system can be achieved.Reduce the workload of acceptance,improve the efficiency,enhance the degree of information in the acceptance of scientific and technological projects,and form an administrative system featuring normative behavior,coordinated operation,impartiality,transparency,honesty and efficiency.
