The gas pipeline network is a very important facility in the daily life of the residents of major cities in China,and it is also a key component system of the underground pipeline network.At present,each pipe network management subsystem of each major city can operate independently,but each system has its own management.As gas companies have higher requirements for management refinement and synergy,their independent systems have been It is not a good problem to meet the management needs of gas companies.This is a common problem.The complete re-development of an integrated management system has a long time period and many funds,which is unrealistic.Therefore,an information platform is urgently needed to be processed on existing systems,and existing information systems can be integrated to realize integration based on geographic information.Dispatching and commanding,combining graphics and texts to improve the efficiency of gas pipeline network dispatching and commanding.According to the current status of information construction of most gas pipeline network groups,it is urgent to integrate existing information system data(that is,available scheduling resources),such as: intelligent inspection handheld terminal system,GPS vehicle monitoring system,video surveillance system.,digital telephone and natural gas station SCADA data acquisition and monitoring control system,etc.,while maintaining the existing professional subsystems unchanged,the service-oriented architecture(SOA)is used to perform the integrated display of the above information system.At the same time,the professional data of the gas pipeline network can be integrated and managed,and based on this,the general query statistical analysis can be carried out according to the user's needs and GIS(geographic information system),and the analysis results can be quickly presented.Integrate various technologies such as ArcGIS for Server,WebService and RIA into system development,develop and implement the functions of integrated dispatching command system platform framework,GIS basic functions,equipment management module,scheduling resource module and system management module,and adopt ArcGIS for Server platform management.Publish basic geospatial data and gas thematic spatial data,use WebService to develop various integrated interfaces and complex analysis functions,and use Flex and ArcGIS API for Flex technology to realize the presentation of the client's presentation layer,thus completing the gas pipeline network comprehensive dispatching command system.Build.In summary,through system integration development and the integration and utilization of data information resources,the utilization rate of existing data resources is effectively improved,the efficiency of information integration is fully demonstrated,and the comprehensive information and textual emergency command capability based on GIS electronic maps is realized.Production scheduling management greatly improves the efficiency of production dispatching staff,provides timely and effective technical support for emergency rescue and disaster relief,and promotes the development direction of the subsequent system research.It can also provide scientific and reasonable analysis for later analysis.Theoretical support.
