The Research On Evaluation Of Ability Construction Of Municipal Public Libraries In Hubei

Public library is a basic public cultural service institution to meet people's demand for knowledge,and it is an important part of modern public cultural service system.With the progress of information technology,the survival and development of public libraries are faced with great challenges,and it is urgent to strengthen their ability construction.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of the ability construction of public libraries helps them to recognize their own ability defects and aim to improve and perfect them.As a weak link in the public library system of our country,the research on the ability construction of municipal public libraries has not given enough attention.On the basis of studying related theories such as public library,ability construction of public library,evaluation of public library and so on,this article draws lessons from the research of evaluation system related to ability construction of public library.and the reference of public library construction related ability evaluation system research.By analyzing the influence of service ability and development ability of municipal public library,a comprehensive evaluation system for the ability construction of municipal public libraries was built.By establishing a comprehensive evaluation model of gray correlation degree and taking some municipal public libraries in Hubei Province as the research object,this paper collects relevant data and carries out empirical research,and obtains the ranking results of the ability construction of municipal public libraries.Then,according to the results of empirical research,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of ability construction of Municipal Public Libraries in Hubei province to seek methods and solutions to the problems.While fully understanding the construction of public libraries in the region,decision-making can be provided to achieve the purpose of promoting construction by evaluation,to play the important role of public libraries in the construction of modern public cultural service system.
