With the development of computer,network and control technologies,the traditional transmission line system is also transforming towards digitalization,networking and distribution.At present,in the design and development of the roller conveyor system,the topological layout relies on manual drawing of CAD,the path selection depends on manual planning,and the control depends entirely on PLC;in the case of large-scale conveyor lines,there are complicated design,complex logic and inconvenient modification problem.Therefore,this paper designs and develops NCSD,which is a networked control system simulation and design platform for modularized and configurable conveyor lines,aiming at reducing the design complexity of networked control system of transmission line and providing an efficient auxiliary development tools.Through the characteristics analysis and parameter extraction of all kinds of conveyors,drive units and sensors which constitute the transmission line,the digital layout model and topological structure model of the roller conveyor line are established.According to the path planning of the transmission line,three kinds of conveyor modules are taken as the nodes by taking the entrance,exit and transfer as the nodes,and the transmission path between them is taken as the section.The length of the section is expressed by the conveyor equivalent,which simplifies the structure of the transmission line model;using Dijkstra algorithm and improved ant colony algorithm to solve the path planning problem of smaller and larger transmission lines separately,and incorporating two adjustment tactics of piecewise splicing and path length weighting to cope with common problems of transmission lines in practical application be sure to go through certain nodes and some sections of the congestion of two kinds of constraints.In order to facilitate the control program design and motion simulation verification of the conveyor line,the resources of the controller is mapped in the NCSD platform,the virtual controller model is established,the virtual controller wiring configuration is provided,and the ladder diagram programming,software PLC operation,transportation line motion simulation and other modules are developed.From the aspects of network communication and operating system,the real-time performance of the control system was analyzed.Real-time extension of Windows was implemented using RTX.The master-slave station real-time communication protocol was designed,and the network control system of the transmission line was constructed and implemented.Finally,based on the NCSD platform,this paper introduces the process of using the platform to simulate and design the transmission line networked control system around the construction of the transmission line.The example application shows that the platform can not only realize the simulation and design of networked control system of transmission line quickly,but also allow the operation of route inspection,operation monitoring and configuration adjustment,significantly reduce the difficulty in the development and operation monitoring of networked control system of transmission line,significantly improve the control system development efficiency.
