Science requires constant research and discovery to make progress.The depth of scientific research directly determines the development of science and technology.Therefore,conducting scientific research is the only way to master core technology and occupy the commanding heights of science and technology.In many countries,the task of scientific research is mainly done by universities and research institutions.In recent years,the development of new materials has been growing rapidly,and the scale of research data on new materials has exploded,and many industries are inevitably affected.For new materials research institutions,how to effectively manage the research data of new materials with increasing volume has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to strengthen the management of new material information resources and improve the efficiency of data processing,new materials research institutions adopt different types of data and departments to be responsible for the effective management of all types of data.Every year,a large amount of scientific research data is collected,and the scientific research institutions that undertake social public services not only need to manage these data,but also are responsible for processing the analytical data,turning it into a form that social users can understand and absorb,so that social users can obtain it for the society.Users provide public services that are open,efficient,and user-friendly.Therefore,this paper designs a new material research information management system,which aims to solve the actual needs of data management work under the current situation for new materials research institutions.This paper firstly studies the practical significance of the new material information resource management system,introduces the development status of new material information resource management system at home and abroad,and puts forward the design goals of this paper.It summarizes the technical framework and tools involved in the development;Sexual analysis ensures that the development of the system is realistic and feasible;introduces the needs analysis and design of the whole system,and adopts the B/S mode as the system technical architecture;through the division of the research data management system and the separate analysis,the completed Use case analysis UML model construction,and graphical description of use case requirements;analysis of system business process,determine the role played by the participants and the specific process of each function;design the database model,and generate the corresponding database according to the model design Table;design of the various functions of the system;finally,the specific development and implementation of the system.System development technology framework includes Spring,Play,Mybatis,Freemarker framework,Echarts visualization tools and so on.After a complete software system design and development process,the new material information resource sharing service system is completed as planned.After repeated testing and use in the actual environment,it proves that the system can meet the data management needs of new materials research institutions,greatly improving the efficiency of data management work of new materials research institutions,while the operating state is stable and in line with expectations.
