Due to the transformation of Internet and logistics technology,e-commerce shopping is inseparable from people's life.The scale of e-commerce online shopping is increasing year by year,and more and more consumers buy mobile phones through online shopping.Mobile phone is the largest holding of electronic products,has been thoroughly integrated into people's lives.China is the largest and most representative smartphone market in the world,and the Mi,Huawei,Apple,SamSung and Glory brand phones have gained the majority market share.Due to the huge volume of e-commerce platform,each brand mobile phone has a huge amount of comment information.Comments are the direct reflection of consumers' attitudes,which are highly valued by the majority of merchants and consumers.By getting feedback from consumers through comments,merchants can update their management strategies in a timely manner and gain a leading position in the competition.Consumers can learn about the features of mobile phones through comments and choose the brands that meet their needs from a large number of mobile phone brands.Due to the huge number of comments,chaotic structure and serious colloquialism,the professional requirements of manual reading comments are high and the cost is too high.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to effectively analyze the comment text and extract the target information.We focuse on the relevant theories of Internet data collection,text emotion analysis and theme extraction model,and conducts an empirical study on the emotional analysis of all the in-sales mobile phone reviews in Mi,Huawei,Apple,SamSung and Glory brand stores operated by e-commerce platform called JD.Comments were divided into positive and negative comments according to the score of emotion.After the classification of the comments using the theme model of comment information mining,extracting the characteristics of each brand mobile phone attributes for portrait analysis,as a consumer purchase reference,at the same time to provide management advice for businesses.We have the following five aspects: the first is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this paper on mobile e-commerce reviews.And we summarize and review the relevant theories of the text that we already have,and give us the methodology of the paper.The second is a theoretical overview,focusing on the network data collection,text emotion analysis and subject extraction related technology theory.The third is empirical analysis,which collects the data of JD's self-operated mobile phone comments through web crawler,and carries out steps such as deduplication and replacement of special symbols on the text.Word segmentation was performed on the cleaned text and the stopped words were removed.LTP part-of-speech labeling model was used to extract the emotional word combination and undetermined emotional words in the text.Word vector was trained by Word2 vec and the similarity with the subvocabulary was calculated.On the basis of the expanded affective lexicon,the scores of critical emotions are calculated and classified.The accuracy and F1 value of the evaluation index of classification performance were selected,and the average accuracy reached 82.20%.The positive comment F1 value was 0.90,and the negative comment F1 value was 0.82.The positive comment had a high recall rate,and the negative comment had a high accuracy rate.The fourth is the use of the LDA theme model.It was used to extract the theme of mobile phones of various brands,and portrait analysis was conducted on mobile phones of various brands.The main advantages of domestic brand mobile phones are high cost performance and excellent appearance,while the main disadvantages are insufficient software and hardware,easy to get stuck and insufficient battery life.The main advantage of Apple's mobile phone is the smooth system,good quality,the main disadvantage is more refurbishment,high price.The main advantages of SamSung's phones are good-looking appearance,high-quality screen,the main disadvantage is obvious heating battery.From the perspective of e-commerce platform,JD needs to improve the packaging of logistics,improve after-sales service satisfaction,and eliminate the secondary sales of returned machines.From the perspective of mobile phone brand,Mi needs to develop more high-end product lines.Huawei/Glory needs to improve the hardware and software configuration of mobile phones;Apple need to reduce brand premium,strict treatment of second phone;SamSung needs to improve its battery design to eliminate potential explosions.The fifth is the conclusion and Suggestions,summarize the research of this paper.
