With the rapid development of radio technology,the demand for spectrum resources is increasing,which makes the space spectrum resources more and more crowded.At the same time,part of the registered spectrum is idle for a long time,resulting in low utilization rate of spectrum resources and serious waste of spectrum resources.How to effectively manage and control spectrum resources through effective means of spectrum monitoring is the focus of spectrum monitoring field.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management of radio spectrum monitoring to achieve automation,intelligence and miniaturization.In this paper,according to the radio committee radio monitoring needs,on the basis of spectrum monitoring system,improved the signal recognition based on frequency domain data and interference signal extraction based on background template and other key technologies.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:1.Combining k-means algorithm and Chameleon algorithm,this paper proposes an improved Chameleon algorithm.By clustering the received spectrum data,the spectrum data is divided into several small signal clusters.The traditional Chameleon algorithm and the improved Chameleon algorithm are simulated and verified.2.The signal recognition technology of frequency domain data is studied.Based on the improved Chameleon algorithm,Recognition and extraction of the signal clusters are carried out to obtain the characteristic parameters of the signals.Compared with the characteristic parameters of the signal stored in the database,the abnormal signal can be judged.3.The interference signal extraction technology based on background template is studied.The spectrum data collected are compared with the signal background template extracted in advance,and the signal parameters of the interference signal are extracted.This technology can be used for radio anomaly detection,such as malicious interference and illegal occupation.4.On the basis of traditional ITU occupancy measurement,a method for measuring the signal lifetime is proposed.By receiving radio signals through monitoring equipment and recording the transmitting time of signals for a long time,the results of spectrum monitoring can be expressed more precisely,and the spectrum occupancy situation can be described more accurately.It is important to further excavate data and extract hidden valuable information.Righteousness.5.According to the functional requirements and performance requirements of the spectrum monitoring system,the overall implementation plan of the system software was proposed.On this basis,the design of the spectrum monitoring system was completed,and the software functional test and software performance test were carried out.After software testing,it finally proved that the spectrum monitoring software generally meets the expected requirements and meets the requirements.
