Integrating on-line detecting process based on touch trigger probe with CNC machining cycle,used for size detection,shape compensation,and benchmark calibration,the quality of products can be greatly improved and the safety of production can be guaranteed.To solve the three aspect problems of online detection process: the lack of scientific and standardized planning methods,the testing program's relying on time-consuming manual programming of high error rate,insufficient detection results,this paper proposed the project of CNC workpiece probe intelligent detection according to the intelligent detection process planning method based on expert system.According to the method of modular design,develop the appropriate software based on VB and VC platform.The following work has being done in the paper:1.given the parametric description method in accordance to the detection principle and the detection feature and multi-body theory description method for the workpiece topology to describ the testing facts under the human-machine interaction mode.2.put the path planning as the core content of process reasoning.According to the idea of "obstacle avoidance first and optimization second",achieve the transition path planning through the multi-body theory on the basis of the traditional path planning based on feature,and optimize the path using traversal comparison or genetic algorithm.And establish a planning model to meet the needs of the test procedure for the certain point location information,whose input is test information and output is the measuring point position and the traversal order.3.It is written that the measuring point information into the specified test program template to achieve the intelligent detection process planning and the automatic detection programming.4.the test results are processed according to the error assessment methodand displayed.The application shows that the system is suitable for on-line detection process planning and automatic programming of regular and combined surface workpiece.The intelligent planning project of CNC online detection process proposed in this paper is reasonable,the developed system is easy acess and highly optimized for general use,and the efficiency of testing plan and programming is significantly increased.
