With the development of national economy and the improvement of national living standards,supply chain has become a basic industry supporting the development of the national economy.It includs suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailers and customers.Supply chain system is accelerating and upgrading with the transformation of the national industrial structure,and now is in an important position in the important period of national economic development.In recent years,from the perspective of complex networks,the problem of the dynamic cascade behavior caused by a certain point risk in the supply chain system has attracted more and more researchers' attention.How to let supply chain system be more stable and be less vulnerable has become a research hotspot.This paper studies the vulnerability of complex supply chain network in view of the cascade effect caused by the risk.The research contents are as follows:1.Through analyzing the characteristics of supply chain network(SCN),a dynamic cascade failure model of supply chain network is established.It analysis the process of cascade failure and the vulnerability.Through the simulation of sudden risk,the vulnerability index under different tolerance parameters is analyzed,and the supply chain vulnerability prevention countermeasures are put forward.2.Considering the risk disturbance on nodes in SCN,a risk cascade model with node risk disturbance is constructed.It analysis types of risks and characteristics of nodes' risk in supply chain network.The process of risk cascade transmission in supply chain network under risk disturbance is simulated.The vulnerability under different types of risk disturbance is research by simulation.3.Aiming at the load distribution of transportation in supply chain logistics warehousing network.Firstly,it investigates the development status of logistics service supply chain warehousing in Zhongtong Express Company,knowing the role of logistics warehousing in the whole system.Then,it constructs a logistics warehousing network model and puts forward a load distribution strategy.The simulation results show that the stability of the network can be improved by considering the sum of the capacity of neighboring nodes in load distribution.
