The continuous operation of business is of great significance to the normal development of banking business.Information systems and information technology are important foundations for ensuring the continued operation of banking business.Because of the particularity of financial services,banks put forward higher requirements for IT operation and maintenance management system and corresponding service quality and performance.The way to enhance the operation and maintenance capacity of banks and ensure the efficient and stable operation of business systems is a hot issue of concern to the operation and maintenance departments of banks.Based on the network message parsing and restoring technology,this paper focuses on the work of bank network topology and business architecture display,efficient storage and processing of large amounts of real-time streaming data,operation and maintenance problem discovery and tracking positioning,and designs and implements the banking application performance monitoring system combined with the work results.The main work of this paper includes: 1.Meta-data Technology for Application Performance Analysis Based on Network Message Parsing and Restoration.The work compares and selects the network performance analysis and recovery method to obtain the application performance analysis metadata.The main network layer protocol and application layer protocol parsing program was designed and developed.2.Performance analysis index and statistical processing program.Combining with operation and maintenance requirements,application performance analysis indicators are refined into response time,transaction volume,response success rate and transaction success rate.Using complex event processing engine,real-time and efficient multi-entity index statistics for server host,application system cluster,application system and transaction type are realized.3.Automated discovery of bank network topology and combing of business architecture.The presentation of network topology and business architecture is the basis of operation and maintenance.This paper automatically parses the network topology relationship from the network data package and presents it to users in the form of network topology graph.Business architecture diagram is based on network topology diagram and combined with actual business information configuration.Network Topology and Business Architecture provide operators with a complete starting point for network asset structure and performance analysis.4.Fault discovery and tracking positioning design and implementation.In view of the fact that bank transactions are accomplished by multiple services,the transaction element series transaction path method is adopted.According to the configurable transaction elements,the communication data of the same transaction among the services are connected in series to form a complete transaction path.Performance analysis and problem location can be achieved based on the transaction path and service index data on the path.5.System design and implementation.According to the research of key technologies,this paper designs and implements a bank application performance monitoring system based on network message parsing.The system guarantees the stable operation of the bank's application system to a certain extent.
