As the typical representative of intelligent manufacturing,the use of industrial robots in production and manufacturing has a great impact on the establishment of automated,personalized and digital enterprise production mode,and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises.In sheet metal processing industry,the application of robotic technology to achieve intelligent production has gradually become popular.As a programmable equipment,the programming methods of sheet metal processing robot are mainly divided into manual teaching programming and off-line programming.At present,most of the domestic sheet metal processing enterprises still adopt manual assisted teaching programming.With the increasing complexity of processing tasks and the increasing demand of industrial intelligent manufacturing,the traditional manual teaching programming will greatly limit the performance of robots and affect the high-precision production demand of sheet metal processing.This paper based on VB.NET programming language,Microsoft Visual Studio as the platform,on the basis of three-dimensional graphic design software,combined with the actual operation process of sheet metal bending processing,through the research of the key technologies,start the development of off-line programming and simulation system for sheet metal bending.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Aiming at the limitation of traditional manual teaching programming method on the programming and processing of bending robots in domestic enterprises,In order to meet the high-speed development demand of sheet metal automation production technology,complete the overall scheme design of off-line programming and simulation system for sheet metal bending.2)According to the bending process requirements of sheet metal parts,analysis and research the bending process,formulate corresponding planning criteria for bending process,realize the automatic generation of bending process and the parameterized automatic tool assembly design of bending tools.3)Intensive study in kinematics process of sheet metal bending and the kinematics algorithm of the robot.Solving the kinematics of the robot and obtain the corresponding position and pose change data by analyze the characteristics of the geometric model changes in the process of the bending accompanying motion.With the help of the coordinate calculation results of teaching points,the bending operation program is defined and generated in the form of G code,which improves the accuracy of robot programming and reduces the error.4)Taking SolidWorks as the system platform,research on the call of API interface function,secondary development of software platform by COM technology,realize the module functions of bending three-dimensional virtual environment and motion simulation verification of programming results in the course of the system.Based on the above research results,Appling the off-line programming and simulation system of sheet metal processing to the design of specific sheet metal sample,verify the feasibility and practicability of the system,make it gradually meet the production requirements of actual processing,finally realize an automatic and intelligent production mode of sheet metal bending.
